Email International admission office or your admission advisor or maybe call them.

Then its mean that the seats in that particular programs are already filled. It is better to apply for 3 or 4months before start date of the program to be on safe side.

Same here bro. I have also applied to seneca college for Jan 2105 intake on 20th Oct, Still haven't received any conformation or LOA.
