you need to wire transfer and yes you can you have mention all the details like Student number , name eveything thats mentioned on your Offer Letter and process of how to do wire transfer or deposit fees must be mentioned on your offer letter kindly go through that.

May intake but looking to defer but not confirm that can we still defer once after obtaining visa

Yes, you can still defer to next intake but if your letter of intent and trv has expired then you have to renew it.

just check that if your LOI and TRV is valid for next intake. If yes, then you can go in sep intake without informing CIC.

ask your respective college to defer your course to next intake. They will.
