Sending USPS Express Envelope to Consulate

Hi,

I had applied online for Canadian Tourist Visa which was approved yesterday.
They are requesting to send the passport with a USPS Express Envelope.

My concern is how do I send the USPS Express Envelope to them.
At USPS there is no bigger envelope than the Express Envelope.

Please advise.

I have my self addressed USPS Express Envelope set with all the stamps added.
This is a 9x12 inch envelope.
I want to mail it to Canada LA Consulate.
How do I mail this envelope to along with the passport?

You can fold it in half - that's perfectly fine and I've done it before
