Hi how can I send my updated schedule A according to the reminder email? I found that my wife's schedule A address I put none so I need to send another one. On the reminder email the mailing address is indicated but how am I going to send it? will it be the same like the first time we send the PNP application to sydney? like putting inside a brown envelope putting name passport number on it?

If you are sending documents via courier, you send it to the VO processing the application. For these type of ad-hoc submissions to the VO, such as an updated form, etc. where there was no request or instructions sent requiring you to submit, the advise is:
- Send via courier and get tracking
- Any secure envelope will do
- on the front, always indicate your client ID and your Application File number, so that immediately, the submission can be referred to your active application.
- It is advised to send a "pre-alert" email to your VO, notifying them there is something being submitted/added to your application and was sent via courier. If you can scan the document and attach it to the email, the better. And include a note in your email stating the originals/document are enroute and was sent via courier.
- once the documents are received by the VO and you have confirmation of the tracking, send another update to the VO stating the documents have been received at their office and include the tracking receipt as proof of delivery.
