Sending two application packages (as first is incomplete) - does this work?

I've forgotten to attach a critical document to my first application package and now I'm considering sending another package with everything included. Will the CIC accept this as complete application or is this problemtic?

You can send another app package
that will be consider saperate, earlier will be returned because of incomplete application.

but what about IELTS original TRF? you need to put the same in second one also

I missed the birth certificated so nothing that they can ignore. although I have three other forms of ID in my application (marriage certificate, passport, id cards) all with my dob, father's name and national identity.

i need the original iElts but I'm trying to attain a second copy from iElts centre. I've xplained to them my situation and they're looking at what they can do.

There is very less percentage of chance to get the IELTS reports agian, try your best?

Oh... many applicants rejected last year due to brith certificate!!!!!!!!!!!!
