Hi. I want to send a revised reference letter to IRCC thru webform with revised duties due to elaboration of actual duties aligned to the work orders being performed and summarizing redundant duties. This was approved by the Manager and HR and will be accompanied by proofs such as completed work orders from the system we are using. This will prove that the additional duties is really being performed by the said position.
