Sending PR fees to Buffalo office

Hi,

I had applied under FSW category, to CIO, on 27th May..I got my first AOR from the CIO office yesterday.. I am preparing the docs to be sent too buffalo visa office.. Regarding the fees of $490(The RPR fee).. I want to send my Credit card number.. But I am unable to locate the appropriate fee payment form for it.. as the only form which I am able to find shows the amount as $550, payable to CIO.. Can anyone please guide me when where I can find the appropriate form for this..

Do not pay the RPRF of $490 until the Buffalo office tells you to pay the fee. The office will inform you when you should send the funds.
