Sending PR and Open Work Permit together

Hello,

I have almost finished gathering all my papers in order to apply for PR (Common law/family class), I'll send my Open Work Permit with it as well.
However, I'm confused as I don't know to what office should I send the package as I'm sending both applications together. Could you please tell me to what office should I send it?
