Sending PCC after AOR

Hi,

I have a concern. I recently got my AINP approval. I am waiting for my PCC from India but I don't want to wait anymore and just go ahead and apply for federal pr. My question is that can I send my pcc after I get the AOR? And to what address. I saw some people mention that there is a address on the AOR that indicates your visa office. But 2 of friends that just got AOR in last 3 months does not have any addresses mentioned.

CIC does not put Visa office address on any AOR. But u can go ahead and send ur federal file. CIC will still send u a reminder mail later asking u to submit docs like RPRF receipt and PCC if u havent done dat before.
