Sending passports from USA

I got Passport Request Yesterday. I am in USA right now? do you know how to send passports from USA. Can i send it via Fed ex? Please let me know if anyone has sent passports from USA?

FedEx works for sending it. For return purposes include a USA Xpresspost (folded in the package).
