Sending Passport to VAC New York but Now It Is Closed?

Hi,
I sent my passport to VAC New York (according to the information provided in the link) and my passport was received on Nov 28. However, I checked today and received information that the office is now permanently closed on December 1. What happened with my passport and Canada visa application now?

Anyone in the same situation, or maybe has some guidance on who and where to call about my passport and application status?

Hi Guys,
Can you please help me: I live in the US and got my PPR request in Nov 2018. I got an extension till March 2019 and now need to submit my documents for Visa Stamping in New York.

Looks like they shut down the old Visa Office and all cases are now processed by the new VFS VAC in New York/LA. Has anyone gone through this process. I have a couple of questions:

1- Which forms to fill?
2- What fees is needed?
3- Where to mail in the documents/passports etc?
4- What other documents are needed?
