Sending passport to Ottawa instead of VO

I'm the sponsor and I'm in Canada at the moment, and my wife (PA) is here visiting me.

Her application is being processed in Manila, however we are (hopefully) expecting PPR very soon.

In case we get PPR while she's here, is there a certain procedure we should follow to send her passport to Ottawa instead of Manila?

the PPR letter will provide instructions for sending the passport to ottawa if she is in canada when it's received. if the letter doesn't specify, you will need to contact the visa office and them she is in canada and needs instructions for getting it processed in canada.
