Sending passport to mexico help

hello, i got an email stating that i have to send in my passport with the message i got from mycic. And when i click on the link to find out where to send my passport it gives me this address

but when i got to the canada visa website of mexico it gives me a completely different address can anyone help me?

I think the passport should be sent through VAC(Visa Application Center) from your own city.
