I have received request to submit my passport to Canada(Ottawa) for PR Visa stamping from USA.
Is it legal to Send the passports through mail from USA to Canada?
Is there a way to get this change and send the passport to Canadian Consulate in USA Only?
Does anyone else did that? What is the process to do that?
