sending passport through one embassy to another

Hi friends,

My wife is working in Singapore. We have got medical request and PPR to be completed and send within march, 25th. My wife will not get leave not more than four weeks max. Is it possible that she can send her passport through Singapore Indian embassy to Canadian embassy in India? Is there any chance to get the passport stamped within one month?
