Sending Orignal documents from University Registrar Office

Can any body tell me that how to send transcripts in sealed envelope from Registrar office university of the Punjab Lahore to University in Canada.
Previously i have sent the documents in sealed envelope from HEC.But the university considered them copies.I have got the admission but it is conditional.The condition states that you should send documents directly to university in sealed envelope from the Registrar office.

Its really simple just go to your university and ask them to attest photocopies of your documents then put them in an envolpe and ask your university to put their stamp/seal on opening ends of envelope, and then dispatch that envolpe to your university. That's pretty much how you send the doc's to any university for admission.

Note: make sure that your university stamp/seal all opening ends of envelope and then gum all opening ends property.
