Sending money with first application to CIO and work exp question - Please help

Hi

I am in India and need to send the $550 to CIO with the first set of application. Can I send them a personalized check ? I saw they have
asked for "certified check" what is this mean. If I make DD or Money Order the money will be deducted form my account immediately so I will not be able to know when the money is actually debited by CIO. Am I understood correctly ? Please help me so that this week I can send my application.

Secondly while filling up the work experience what should I mention in NOC for the below break up

Total exp 6.5 years - 1 years as IT Manager , 2 years 7 months as Tester , 2 years 11 months as Programmer so should I feel all these experience under NOC 0213 or the duration of tester and programmer will not be consider under 0213. Please help.

* You cannot send a personal check, a certified check is bank issued like a DD. Money will be deducted immediately, one way to check if your check is encashed by CIO is to call up the bank and ask them to check the status

* You have to list roles and responsibilities according to the NOC code, do not lump them all under one code

As I have around 1 year of manager experience so under 0213 I can fill only 1 years. what about the other 5.5 experience, under what NOC I will fill that ? if there is no other NOC I can find so can I mention it without any NOC ?

Will the Skill type be different from managerial experience to my programmer or tested experience.

Should I put the NOC as 0213 and Skill type 0 for my 1 year exp as manager then same NOC but Sill type A for 5.5 years for my programmer and tester experience ? I don't see any place to mention the skill type in work experience.

Please help as I am confused.
