Hi All,

Submitted our PR application (Outland) late August.

Need to send in some files that didn't make it into the application (Irish police clearance forms, extra photos, scans of poems/letters etc not accessible until now, etc).

As far as I understand it, I shoudl attach a brief note to my package of extra items with a direction to attach the items to my submitted application, and include my Client ID for reference.

- Is there any other info/directions I can give that will make it more certain my additional items are not lost/do not get added to the application?

Many thanks,

IA

I was told it was best not to send things seperately from the main package as there can be a delay of up to 3 months while they match things up, so I am holding back my whole applicate for one more Police check.

Not sure the best way for you to go and send it so it will all match up after.

Sorry

I don't really see how that's possible. You're going to have to wait at least until the sponsorship gets approved and you get a file number. Then you'd be sending it to London and not to Mississauga. If you think you have enough time left before the police certificate expires then its even better to wait for AOR and the barcode stickers.

They will not need the extra photos and letters unless they feel they need to in order to better assess your relationship. As for the police clearence, wait until they request it like plumosa mentioned with the barcode stickers from the AOR. It is better to correspond with the visa office than CIC in Mississauga.

I had asked the same questions (and received the same answer: wait for the AOR) BUT now I'm worried because I saw on trackitt that people applying through Pretoria waited sometimes 6 weeks to get their AORs. Not sure if that's just the way things are processed there (weren't many Pretoria applicants to compare). The issue is I also have outstanding Police Clearances to submit and I'm starting to worry that if it's a 6 week wait for the AOR, some of them might start to expire before I get to submit them...

In that case, is it better to just send them in with the Client ID all over the package a couple of weeks before they expire?
