Sending documents to WES - WES number on envelope enough or all on documents is needed?

Hi,

I got all transcripts and degree certificate in a sealed envelope from both my masters and bachelors university.
On browsing the WES website i see that all documents has to have WES ref number. In case all docs are sealed like mine, would it be sufficient if write the WES reference number only on the envelopes?
