Hi,

I am sending all the documents to Buffalo Visa office after the initial clearing from CIO. Need advise on how to send the documents. It has to go in single packet . Do we need to specify which document is what?As per the visa office specific instructions , there are 15 points in the checklist. shall i attach a seperate paper for each section/point specifying the name of the documents in order e.g. for section "Work experience"
i attach a paper saying "Work Experience" then below it i write down the names of documents like
1. Notarized contract from XYZ
2. Notarized contract from ABC
and so on. And after that attach the documents related to that section and so on.
Please advise.

Hi,

How long it took you to get CIO approval,

Yes prepare one package, attaching cover letter is always helpful.

Thanks

Hi, Kamal -

I found this website helpful: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/washington/imm/federal_worker_hints-conseils_travailleur_federal.aspx?lang=eng

Your approach sounds similar to mine - I used tabbed dividers and wrote the name of the documents on the divider, and the point number (1 - 15) on the tab itself. I can't speak for how well it worked, though, since I just sent mine off last Saturday.

Best of luck to you!

Susan
