Sending documentation subsequent to initial application package

Hello,

I was wondering if it was (1) possible, and (2) beneficial to send the following 2 documents after the original application package has been sent for permanent residence under the FSW program -

Test result scores for the second official language
Police Clearance Certificates (this one esply. since it takes a good 4 - 5 months for folks here in the US)

Any insights??
