Sending application with courier - need a phone number

We are sending our application to CPC Mississauga.
I have the Courier address but FedEx requires a phone number.
Only a fax is provided on the website.
What did others use as a phone number?

Which courier did everyone use? FedEx?

We used FedEx and didn't have a phone number and it didn't cause any issues. My husband included his number in case there were any difficulties with the delivery, but there were none.

I've also sent packages overseas via FedEx without a phone number. I made sure to include mine in case there were any issues.

We just used the fax number and wrote (fax) next to it.

I used UPS and had no issues with it needing a phone number..
