sending application to CIO

Hi,

Silly question, I'm sending my application to CIO but dont know what address to use. Im sending it by canadapost expresspost. In application guide there are two address one for regular mail and one is by courier

Regular mail

Courier

Wonder what address should i send it to.

YOu can send to any of these 2 addresses.
If you are doing xpresspost send it to Courier address

Send to the courier address if by expresspost, especially if you opted for tracking/signature of your package.
