HI,

Do I need to send the photocopy of application forms (MM0008, schedule 1, schedule 2 etc) that I sent to NS, canada.
Or I have to fill in application forms again.

Thanks

I agree with Rupeshari that your document has to be newly signed. This is what I intend to do when I submit my documents to Buffalo next week.

If you have a clean copy of the forms you submitted to Sydney and it's not obvious that they are just photocopies, I think you can use those for the pages where your signatures do not appear. However for those pages which you sign, maybe retype and print those pages and sign them so that everything looks like original but you did not have to go through the trouble of typing up everything fresh from the beginning.

I did what Kyu had mentioned. Before sending out the original applications forms, I had zeroxed copies of all the docs being sent. Once I received my file #, and was asked to send all the supporting docs with the application forms, I just send the zeroxed copies, but the page where one has to sign, I printed fresh and re-signed them. Hence, I only had the signing pages re-printed.

I just sent the photocopies of the forms I sent to Sydney. CIC Sydney letter said to attach a paper with any modifications to the application. I have changed the address and just attached a simple letter mentioning new address.

Now after reading the above posts, I have my fingers crossed - They might send the application back.

Thank you guys... yeah it seems more sensible to sign the pages again.... but my wife is not here. I guess I have lot of work practicing her signature over the weekend :)

Sending copies doesn't seems to be any terrible mistake either... but you are more dependent on the mood of the visa officer looking at it.
