Sending Application package-Self addressed Label and DD(bank Draft) info on Form

Hi Guys,

I am mailing my CEC application by this weekend.

I have 2 Questions -

1. In the check list it says Self address labels - "Labels" mean envelope with my address on it? if so what size self addressed envelope? Can anybody explain?

2. I am sending an Bank Draft from India (DD in Canadian funds) for my fees,
In the Fee Payment Form, is there a place for us to sign and date? or is it just for the people paying by CC has to sign and date?

Also, Can anyone Please tell me how many envelops to buy and what size apart from the main envelope to be send which is 9'*12'. ?

1.) It actually asks for 2-Self Addressed Mailing Labels not envelope. It is some sort of a sticker with your address that you normally stick on an envelope. Try this link to see some samples: http://www.avery.ca/avery/en_ca/Products/Labels/Mailing-Labels


2.) Use this form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf
Complete Step 1, Tick - Certified Cheque box and Complete only Section A, attached your Bank Draft and you are good.

1. I will try to get the Sticker with my address or if not, just print off a bonded paper with my address on it and cut it to a rectangle piece .
2. So no date or signature is required on the form while including DD...

Signature is only required if you were paying by Credit Card.
So the answer is no
