Sending additional documents to CPC

Hello all,
I need to send in my husband's hard copy of his police clearance to the CPC in Mississauga. (We unfortunately used the link provided in myCIC to upload evidence that we had applied, because we didn't think the actual form was going to arrive in time; therefore, we don't have a way to upload online anymore). Do I just use the address where I sent the original application? (We have received a letter saying that our case would be processed in Mississauga). Should i include a letter with his UCI# and application #? Should there be anything else? Just worried that it won't get linked to our case....

If you are sending physical documents - do you need to? - you should write a cover letter explaining what you are sending and the info regarding your app.

I sent my police check to Vegrevile office (i live in Alberta). When i sent the original, also attached with a copy of requested letter from IRCC so i dont need to make any cover letter (unless if you have something to explain more). Also as back up i sent the scan of it tru ecase webform.
