- Can someone provide me the address where i should send it.
- Also if it needs to be emailed

Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Send original Police Certificates to:

Hi,

I have to also send my updated reference letter and Police certificates. I checked this link and it mentioned for application within Canada and US.

I have indicated New Delhi as my visa office. Please can you let me know if it should be sent to Ottawa or the visa office New Delhi.

Hello Everyone,

I have similar query to that of Adonis999 and SINGHQ0G..
My husband has Sydney, Australia as Visa office on his application. The AOR was received in first week of September, and the mail from CIO mentioned that ''Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application''.

Now, to send the Notice Of Assesment (Tax 2012) and Police Certificates, where should we send them.. Canadian Visa office in Sydney, Australia or CPP-Ottawa?
Is there anyone here who have Sydney, AU as their Visa office?

Send to CPP Ottawa - all CEC applications are processed there regardless of the office you put on your application

Thanks for replying.. but there is so much confusion on the forum regarding this topic.. I read few discussions around this topic, and some mentioned that Ottawa Visa Office is only for those who applied ''From Within Canada''. My husband applied after returning back to Australia.

I agree. I am thinking of sending it to CPP Ottawa with a tracking number. I hope incase it isnt the correct destination..then they would definitely comeback again for those documents.

No, everyone is processed in Ottawa - regardless of where you are physically. One way to be sure, if you look at processing times on CIC website, CEC shows only processing times for Ottawa - other programs (FSW etc) show processing times for other visa offices around the world.
cEC is CPP-Ottawa only
