sending a fax to Vienna

I was wondering, if i send a fax to Vienna would they give me a conformation that they have recived it? I talked to CIC call center and they told me to fax a copy of my PR payment to Vienna because they are backed up and that they might not be abill to update Vienna that they have recived my payment for another 2 to 3 weeks. They also told me that this would speed up my app. anyone Know if they respond to a Fax via e-mail, call, or by post?

No, you fax machine shows if it went through or not.
