Sending 2 different pdf files to Ottawa by email

One of my friends is facing a difficulty in attaching all the docs in just one file and send them to Ottawa by email. I just wanted to know if he can send 2 attachments in the same email not exceeding 5MB?

A post in the above thread says "Just a heads up....I sent my documents and got a reply today saying that "due to technical issues, we can only accept documents under one file - that is no more than 5MB in size". So, if you have multiple items to send, make sure they are consolidated into 1 file, under 5MB."

how about zipping up the files in one zip file (make sure its not more than 5 MB) & then send??
