I have applied for my parents immigration from Bangladesh. The sponsorship application has already been approved and now PR application (I hope) will approve as well. Medical is done and everything is OK so far. Now the next step, Visa office might ask to send the passport. The immigration process for Bangladesh happens in Singapore. So the normal process they (parents) have to submit the passport in Bangladesh and high commission will send that to Singapore and will let them know when it's arrive.
My parents also got PR (green card) in USA and now they are resident in US. So if VISA office ask to send the passport, is there any way they can collect it from USA without going back to Bangladesh to submit the passport or by post can they send it to Singapore directly?
