I dated my application for Mar. 30 (tomorrow). Just wonder if I can send out the package today (29th). they should receive it by Aparil 1.
will CIC question the post date?

Yes. One of the elements Sydney checks is the postal date stamp. It's stated in the application guide to not predate your application, that includes mailing in advance...
