Semester Off Impact Visa Application?

Hello,

I have been accepted into The University of Toronto for the September Fall Semester. I do not think it is likely I will get my student visa in time for classes in September, so I decided I can try taking the Fall semester off and begin in the Winter semester. Processing times for Kenyan applicants is 6 weeks long, and it could be longer.

Will taking the Fall semester off and beginning as a student in the Winter semester impact my student visa application in any way, since on the letter of admission it says I will begin in September?

As i have read with the other posts, it has no bearing in your application. However, when did you submit your application? September is still 2 months away. Should you not get your visa by sept, you can defer it to your school then your intake will be chaged

I was refused twice, and I have not submitted a third time. I am waiting on my lawyers consultation Monday to decide.

I am in the United States under DACA, my country of citizenship is Kenya. If the lawyers advise, I will fly out to Kenya and apply from the country of my citizenship mid-next week.

The University of Toronto has said they cannot officially defer me for one semester, they can only defer me for one year. Will taking the Fall semester off, enrolling in Winter courses, and applying for my visa impact the chances of acceptance in any way?
