Self employment : got to do this asap - help

Hi guys,

I'd like to know what to do to start self employment business as Temp worker. My PGWP expires in few weeks, and I'll need to send my application for new WP by the 25 of May.
Note: I will be providing language lesson both online and on one-on-one ratio
Where should I start? what do i need right away to be approved
Will I be allowed to work as employee elsewhere and run my business too?
