Hi, I'm in a difficult situation regarding self employment evidence.
I'm an osteopath (FSW) and have been renting a room at a gym for 2 years 7 days a week. The rent is paid to a company by direct debit and I have a copy of my contract. The gym has now been sold and the company liquidated and I'm no longer renting a space.
The vast majority of my patients paid me by cash and I would offer email receipts on request. Some payments were to me by direct bank transfer, but very few. My tax returns reflect good earnings. In terms of actual patient treatment time 30-40hrs a week isn't possible, as this would entail seeing around 50-80 patients a week which is extremely high for a therapist, I hope this is taken into consideration. I spent many hours creating treatment programs, networking, admin, marketing etc.
In summary third party evidence I can provide:
Tax returns
Proof of direct debit payments to the gym
Gym contract
Money being deposited into account
Is this enough? Thanks in advance.
