Hi .. I have all the requirements for the CEC class application ... except I am self employed ( sole proprietor / I have a business # ). I work for a reputable company but hired through a placement company (Contractor). I do not receive T4s . My job category under NOC would most likely fall under NOC 2171-A . I have more than 2 yrs of work experience . Does being self-employed make me not eligible for CEC class ? PLEASE HELP !!!

ps: i work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week

Unfortunately, self-employment experience is ineligible under CEC. Try looking into your province's PNP...
