Hi,

If a Medical Practitioner have his own clinic (self employed) four years back for one year or so, What type of documents he can produce to justify this work experience.? Account associated with the income is already closed and can't get bank statement.

In this clinic I have senior Medical Practitioner as well.

Best Regards,

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

1. a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
2. if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years])

Many Thanks sushsmart15 for your detailed reply.

If any case the evidence you mentioned in reply is not available, do you think in more than six years experience these self-employed 6 to 7 months (just recalculated) employment without evidence is an issue or not?

Best,

Best,
You need reference letter to prove your paid work experience in jobs.
For self-employment, you need to prove it via the documents mentioned above. However, if you don't have documents for self-employment, then don't mention it in your EE profile. You need to demonstrate your work exp. through documents for all that you mention in your EE profile.

Do you recommend change in work experience after the ITA received.?

As me and Senior Medical Practitioner worked together; and had shared the same clinic , can he produce the reference letter, Is it acceptable?

I am not sure whether this will work or not. You must submit additional documents along with this document. Firstly, you must get this letter notarised to make sure it looks authentic to IRCC. Whatever licenses, registration certifcates have been obtained for this business must be submitted as well.

For self employment you will need this much

01. Proof of premises in your name whether rented or owned
02. Reference letter stating your responsibilities/duties including number of hours you work
03. Income Tax returns of all the years ( balance sheet )
04. Bank deposits of the amount that tally with Tax
05. Registration of clinic/ Establishment
06. Website of the clinic if possible

Remember it is very difficult to prove your self employment unless you have all the things stated above.

So What you suggest in my case. ? If I remove these experience (3 months - in year 2008) and (4 months - in year 2011) after getting ITA, can it make an issue for me?

No bro, I m not from India.
What is most important is you have to prove your income and tax paid on that. ( bank deposits are must)
Secondly the clinic should be registered and premises should be either rented ( papers) or owned in your name ( or family who can give letter )

you can manage the ref letter with number of hours and responsibilities, that's not a big issue. But take more then one letter. may be they do not consider your partners letter so recommended it be taken from someone like Visiting physician in clinic, regular Supplier of materials etc. Show a letter head with office timings or a photograph of clinic hoarding showing timings and working days this is additional. Website is much stronger a proof.
Good luck

If any case, evidence are unmanageable; can I delete these experiences? What problems I can face?
