self-employed documents for express entry

Hi Everyone.
I have a question about my work experience.
I worked for 5 years as self-employed electrical Engineer.
My duties are about designing the electrical systems for commercial,industrial and residential buildings. Additionally, I am responsible to supervise over the installation and the execution of electrical circuits and appliances in such projects.
What documents should I prepare?
and whether I should choose “electrical engineer” or ” electrical technologist”?

Choose Engineer, however since you are self-employed, Did you register your company?

I do not have a company. I was given a certificate after an exam so that I was eligible to do the mentioned jobs.
the certificate is something like P.Eng in Canada.
I do have contract documents with my clients. Plus I have a document which proofs that I worked with does clients, which has been stamped by the Engineering organization.
Additionally, I can present a proof of money which I was given because of those contracts.
