Self-Declaration Police certificate

Hi,

I got my ITA and need now to provide " a self-declaration to obtain a request letter from IRCC to obtain the police clearance".
Has someone experienced this or does somebody know what I need to do?

For which Country's PCC you are applying?

I have also already a translation in French as it is in German.

I read the whole process, it no where asks for any such document.
