Self background check

Guys, have you ever tried running a background check on yourself? If yes, i have few questions :-

1. Which site you used and is it reliable?
2. Does running bg check on yourself has any negative impact?
3. Just like credit monitoring from equifax, transunion, etc., do you know of any bg monitoring service that i can get?
