Selection of correct Visa Office

Guys could the seniors please reply me.

1. Can i put my middle east (gulf country) address while I apply from India and put my VO as Delhi for now? ( I do not have proof of admissibility for over 1 year yet for that country)

2. After I mail the application how do we get the AOR and reference # is it through email or post?

3. If my contact details change before I get my AOR or reference number then how do i update my contact address etc?

4. After I relocate is it mandatory to change VO or can i continue to keep it same? what implications would it have if i continue with same vo rather than that of my new resident country?

You cannot change your VO once selected. If its New Delhi, then, thats what its going to remain till the end of processing of your application. You need proof of admissibility for a year when you chose VO which is not your native country.
You have the choice of adding any address, as long as the information as released by CIC reaches you.
CIC will email you the reference # and AOR.
You can have different "Mailing" and "Residential" address. If your Mailing address changes then you may email CIC to inform them. Please include your email ID when you fill up the forms.
