Dear brother,

You can get all the required information from this web site

It will take just couple of hours to get familiar with all SINP programs. First you will need to decide in which category you are eligible and want to apply, then you can get application guide containing all the required information you want..

Secondly you do not need to get documents authenticated from DFA (department of Foreign Affairs) but you will need to get the copy of original documents and English translation authenticated from a "Oath commissioner" or "Notary Public"
