I am studying in canada and now applying as FSW. I am not sure which visa office I should select for processing my application. I am sending it to Sydney, NS, Canada. Which office I should fill in the form. Can I choose Sydney for processing also?

Save yourself from Buffalo. They are the slowest VO in the planet. See my signature below for times. Check your home country (if you can travel in case of an interview). Just my recommendation

How long have you been living in Canada? Remember the clause about ''being there for at least 1year''
 
I have been in Canada for more than one year. After seeing the spreadsheet by the beast184, I think New Delhi is going to be right choice? What you guys suggest me..? Please advise me. I dont want to make a wrong decision at this point..please

I think ND VO is faster than Buffalo. Rest is your decision.

ND VO is faster than Buffalo that's true.
but keep in mind when visa office called you for interview then you must have to ready to appeared at ND VO.
same for Passport request, you have to send Passport @ ND VO with authorised person writing authorization letter or you have to stay in India for stamping untill you get back your passport. rest process is you can do remotely from inside canada (remember you can not send indian passport via courrier or post from Canada).

Choise is yours...
