Seeking help regarding temporary visitor visa online application

I am submitting the application for temporary visitor visa for my parents. but facing some problem while uploading the 001 Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) form. I filled up the form, validate that and mailed it to my parents. they print it out, signed, scanned and mailed me back, but while I am uploading the scanned form online, its showing error to upload.
what should I do know? I can upload the validated form (NOT SCANNED) without signature. Should I do it or is there anything I missing?

For online submission we dont need to sign it just fill it validate it and upload it
