Can anyone tell me please regarding the ECA through ICES as I have to send my bachelor documents to my university i.e. Kanpur University because as per the process, only the educational body or authority can send those documents to ICES (Canada) on my behalf for ECA via mail or email. So, I am in dilemma right now thinking about the below queries-
1- Can I share my bachelor documents with the university via email and ask them to send my documents to ICES (Canada) or do I need to send the documents physically via courier?
2- And if by any means, I share my documents with the university, how can I know that the university has sent the documents to Canada for ECA? Does university do this job sincerely?
3- Does university has other dedicated department for this kind of activities if yes then what is their contact number (phone or email).
