HI Guys,
Currently I am in Canada on tourist visa, living with my uncle.My Saudi work permit has been expired and I can't go their,also I never visited Pakistan and dont have any relative their.Should I apply for asylum or live illegally ???

I doubt anyone here will give you advice on breaking the law....it just makes it harder for anyone with valid claims to get approval when people live here illegally!

So what would you be apply for asylum from? Your previous post and the information you have provided don't support any reason to grant you asylum in Canada.

The fact that you've never visited Pakistan and don't have family there is not grounds to claim asylum. Asking for advise on whether to live illegally in Canada on a forum full of people trying legally to come to and stay in Canada is not just stupid, it's disrespectful.

I am not willing to go to Pakistan because we have threats and already our house was attacked 3 times ( 2007 , 2009 & 2011 ) and my 2 uncles (my mother brothers) have been killed..(all evidence available)

Will this case help to apply for asylum ?

You need to actually explain your ENTIRE situation if you want proper advice.
