Do you even have admission and a study permit? You need to pay tuition to even register and show IRCC that you are attending and can afford school.

Check U of M site for tuition fees and deposits. There is always an application fee so most likely $100. To get a study permit, you want to pay tuition and show a minimum $10k for expenses. Or at least have in your bank account, the money for your tuition for the number of years attending.
