Seeking Clarification

Hello everyone ! I applied to Centennial College to study graphic design and also IBT college to study Computer Network Systems engineering, IBT college sent me the details of my tuition and fees and then requested that I should pay a non-refundable amount of C$500 before they issue my letter of admission that will enable me apply for visa. Is it genuine to do that, help help help me!

I guess you realise that IBT college is a private college so probably no PGWP ? No rules that say colleges cannot ask for a fee upfront basically to cover their admin costs although Centennial only ask for 95 dollars.

Yes. You must pay the fee first.

if you want to know which college provide work permit or not follow these steps.

1. visit

2. select province or territory
3. enter you college name to check if it will gives you PGWP or not

and

always try to go public college.
