Represent the Corporate in Trade Conferences where I collect Catalogues, Prices’ Lists, visit suppliers’ plants, monitor Production Cycle: Raw Materials, Preparation, Processing Technology, Work-In-Process, Assembling, Semi-finished products, Standard Export Packing. Negotiate Quotations, Quality, Quantities, Specifications, Standards, Payment T&Cs,Contents of PO/LOC,Modes of Transport, Logistics for shipping Goods, Incoterms. Tracking incoming shipments, Documents, Cargo insurance, freight, customs clearance, Tariff, release, inspection, receipt, Storage, sales and distribution.
Managed all aspects of procurement, including: procedures, planning, identification of requirements,sourcing,outsorcing,Solicitation;RFQ,RFT,RFP,RFI,EOI,SOW,TORs,Prepare Tender Docs., prequalification, short lists, distribution tender documents, bidding period, bidding opening, evaluation criteria and, prepare recommendation of Award of Contract, awarding, contracting, monitor contract implementation, logistics , inspection, transport, financial management and contract close out.
