Dear Forum Members,

I recently applied for my mom's Super Visa application. Unfortunately, my application was denied the second time. The refusal letter cited two main reasons:

Financial Requirements: The visa officer was not satisfied that I meet the minimum necessary income required for a Super Visa.

Proof of Relationship: There was insufficient documentation to establish the co-signer's relationship to the host.

I am seeking guidance on how to address these issues effectively in a reapplication. Specifically:

Financial Documentation: What types of evidence are acceptable to demonstrate that I meet the income threshold? Are there specific forms or documents that are most persuasive? I have already provided my 3 months salary slips. My salary is around 75K.

Proof of Relationship: What documents can conclusively prove the co-signer's relationship to the host? Are there any recommended formats or notarizations required? I have already provided my passport with my name and my mother's name in it and a notarized translated copy of my birth certificate.

What do they mean by Co-signer here. if they are talking about third person then I have not mention no one expect me in the application as a financer.

Any advice, personal experiences, or resources you can share would be greatly appreciated. I aim to ensure that my next application is thorough and meets all requirements.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards.

I am confused.

I am the applicant and visiting back-home with family (sponsor).
Are you a PR yet? Saw your post being sponsored by citizen inland and submitted in Oct 2024.

Is your spouse being your co-sponsor?

You need to be a PR and you need your NOA from 2023 tax year to apply for supervisa.

That is my wife’s pr application. In this super visa case, I have already provided NOA. And i have not mentioned any co-signer in this application.

Normal proof is NOA. And you need to include your wife and your parents/mom for family size calculation.

I got confused cos the post I saw mentioned that "you" are the applicant and wants to travel outside while waiting for inland sponsorship.

Salary doesn’t count LICO is about income earned. What was your income on your NOA?
