I was recently scammed out of 15,000 CAD for the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) by a registered company. Unfortunately, I am not located in Canada, which complicates the recovery process.

How were you scammed out of the money? What happened determines who you may be able to report to. Sadly I would not assume you will recover any money.
